Bullseye identifies website visitors at the person-level, allowing B2B teams to follow up with high-intent prospects and generate more leads. Bullseye differentiates itself from other data enrichment companies like Clearbit by focusing on person-level data.
Bullseye is a five-person team with Ryan Tabb as the founder and only salesperson.
We met Ryan as an early Relate user for his other company, Podsicle Media, which still exists. When he needed a new CRM for Bullseye in February 2024, he chose Relate CRM to track sales deals and manage customers.
Why choose Relate over other CRMs?
Before Relate, I had used HubSpot, spreadsheets, and Trello to manage customers. I had two problems:
HubSpot is user-friendly and has good documentation, but it is not intuitive for a founder being stretched thin on a daily basis and at times was offering much more than we currently need.
A spreadsheet or Trello board is simple, but I can’t build a repeatable sales process with it.
What’s different with Relate for founders doing sales?
Relate is easier to use than HubSpot. It’s so intuitive that I don’t need to read its documentation. When I go in, I know what I’m doing—adding new leads, putting them in the right stage, adding notes, syncing emails, managing deals, and everything else for sales.

CRM for founder-led sales
Founders doing sales often have multiple roles. Spending too much time learning something overly complicated, like Salesforce or HubSpot, might not be the most efficient way to allocate their time.

“There's a point where I have so many responsibilities that something straightforward is actually better for our business than something overly complicated and powerful.”
We'll scale and add more sales reps and a RevOps person to run our CRM. I’m confident we can continue using Relate as our system of record, even at scale.
Relate isn’t just great for early-stage teams. It can scale as our needs grow.

“Simple could be a bad thing if it is only simple when we need it to be complex.”
Results achieved with Relate
I don’t have anything quantifiable yet. However, I can say with confidence that Relate helps me keep track of all deals.
I’m not a salesperson. I’m a founder trying to make sales, so I have a lot on my plate.
Without Relate, many deals in the pipeline would have died three weeks ago.
Simple CRM for new companies. Scale it and turn it into a full-stack revenue platform if desired.
For founders doing sales, the last thing they want is to spend too much time on complicated CRMs. With Relate, it takes only 20 minutes to get started.
Relate supports complex automation and provides features to navigate the entire sales process from start to finish. As you grow and scale, Relate can scale with you.
